Synopsis
When Chris, a shoe store salesman, loses both his longtime husband and his job, his buttoned-up life is tossed heels over head. Perhaps as a respite from his grief, his unexplored but long-time interest in feet - what he calls his “foot longing” - begins to tiptoe to the forefront of his thoughts.
As a disabled gay man, Chris’ best friend Greg has some experience with fetishists who are drawn to his wheelchair. He pushes Chris to step into his fantasies, hop over his shame, and dip a toe into the warm waters of his fantasies.
Wild encounters follow with a relationship guru with mystical powers, a peanut-oil mishap, and a wild pool party in Palm Springs where Chris’s inhibitions evaporate like vodka in chlorine. Through the chaos, Chris must learn to shed his shame, embrace his desires, and discover that true acceptance—both from others and himself—might just start from the feet up.
